An upcoming neighborhood located on Sohna Road is called Sector 68. The area has benefited from good road accessibility as well as being close to important commercial and retail hubs in sectors 48, 49, 47, 50, etc. Real estate development in and around the sector resulted from this. Together, Sohna Road, Southern Peripheral Road, and Golf Course Extension Road provide excellent access to other important Gurgaon neighborhoods. It takes about 40 to 50 minutes to go between the IGI Airport (24 km) and Gurgaon Railway Station (13 km). Additionally, Huda City Center's Yellow Line station, which is around 30 minutes away from this area, offers metro rail services. Currently, Sector 68 lacks high-quality social and retail amenities. However, it has quick and easy access to several adjacent sectors' schools, hospitals, restaurants, shopping centers, and malls. The Paras World School, DPS International, Alpine Convent School, Lotus Valley International School, Park Hospital, Cloudnine Hospital, Omaxe Celebration Mall, Raheja Mall, Good Earth City Centre, etc. are important facilities that are easily accessible (5–6 km away).
