Good things here

It is a premium residential property with excellent infrastructure. With low rise floors in the society, property offer spacious and comfortable lifestyle. Is is a massive project approved by RERA. It is a VASTY compliant 3 BHK floor which will be delivered in Jan25. This Nort-west facing home is 179 sqyards.

Autos and Cabs easily available
Wide and spacious roads
No water logging on roads
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Accessible local markets
Decent residents
Safe in the night
Well lit streets
Often police patrols
Safe for children

Things need improvement

This property is near Fazilpur village where traffic jams can be seen often due to narrow roads and high traffic. However, the other entry from SPR road serves the road to enter the society without any traffic jam.

Very high luxury society for families with safety, convenience and a premium lifestyle with club, swimming pool, gym, sports facilities etc.

Things need improvement

Easy Access as it is easily accessible from SPR, Vatika Chowk, NH8, Sohna Road & close to DLF Alameda and upcoming Cyber City II.
