This posh residential apartment featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathrooms. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the ciy as well as the nice view of the garden from the living room balcony. The apartment is recently painted with premium paints and has all the rooms with false ceiling including 3 big balconies attached to each bedroom. The Apartment building has ample parking space, private garden and is gated apartment with 24 hours lift power backup. The building is situated in the main vicinity of the premium Manish Nagar with easy access to Airport, Wardha Road by Flyover bridge / underpass and has wide new cement road. There are all the necessary shops near by including fruit / vegetable vendors. Also is very near to some reputed schools and hospitals.
