Good things here

There has been minimal crime in the neighbourhood making it a very safe and secure place to live. All the local markets and mall including shopping complexes like DMart and Rathnadeep are less than 2kms away. Great schools like SVBK are very near and the house is just 100 meters away from the Syamala Nagar park.

This is one of the safest andhighly recommend place in guntur where we get lots of facilities .there are few things I like to share with you residents in the surrounding areas are well educated and highly professional they all grows various types of plants and most of them are very artistic in every aspects you will witness various types of designs in the building architecture and the graden plants very well and take care of them for sure which is one of the pros in this area there is a park near the place where every thing is well maintained and highly beneficial for kids and there is a canteen where we can get grocery most of the military agents lives here and you will be safe in this place one of the best feature in this place is venkateswara Balakuter school it has excellent infra and a well desciplined environment to our kids
