The area is friendly and close to stores, hospitals, public transport, etc. It's also clean and peaceful with the surrounding greenery and overall eco-friendly environment.

The area could be more lively with more bushes and people but the place is still peaceful despite the relatively sultry lifestyle.

A peaceful residential area with commercial blends, the reasons being are many religious and Government institutions, availability of lead schools, colleges, banks, hospitals, and offering many shopping and dining facilities as well as the options for employment. Talking about connectivity, Thiruvalla is well connected by road and rail with all parts of Kerala and other parts of India. Thiruvalla is the biggest town and the commercial center of Pathanamthitta District. Pathanamthitta is one of the richest districts in India.

Thiruvalla is an ideal place for those who want to sit back and relax for hours with fresh air, smooth breeze and a lot of greenery around. That is what I feel in Wattacheril Nagar when I enter the main gate - I feel I am home and can sense all my nostalgic nerves being stimulated. This place has an amazing ability to touch your senses for the level of serenity. It is a safe and sound place, away from the heavy traffic and pollution, even though very near to city. I love being there to enjoy each footstep with my loved ones.
