this area offers are tranquil environment and is home to kind hearted people. it's excellent place to live due to the proximity of many reputable schools and colleges. the infrastructure is well developed, fishing good roads and well maintained children park. traffic is light, and popular food delivery service like Zomato and swiggy are available in the neighbourhood.

Viman nagar has all the facilities you will need for comfortable living. Viman nagar connected near by localities like kalyani nagar, lohegon. Viman nagar derived the name due to the presence of an Airforce post nearby. Pune railway station located 8km from the locality. The locality has schools, collages. The are has many nursing homes, hospitals. A few important malls and markets

Things need improvement

No parking spaces near market places. The drainage water system is poor. Frequent trafic jam is main problem of people.frequent parking issues and there is an pollution in the city. The heavy traffic during peak hours. Frequnet power cut in night time. Very hot in some seasons. Some places not have street lights. There is an police patroling is poor. Some places have unhygenic condition. There is an shoratage of water in some times

Good public transport services like ola Uber and city bus are available no traffic jams near by the area metro connectivity to this area is under process the area has many police stations and hospitals available in the area to handle medical emergency the crime rate of the area is high and the area is not safe for women and children at night poor road conditions and no steet lights in the night show the area is deserted in the night

There are no schools around the area frequent parking issues are faced into limited parking space the area has limited green built issued and so the year of the area is polluted markets are for away from the area and the very few grocery shops in the area which close early in the night .area is not kept clean by local workers and the garbage collection truck do not frequently visit the area
