Vishrantwadi is an upcoming commercial and residential locality in the Northern region of Pune in Maharashtra, India. The city has been witnessing a huge surge in residential demand owing to its close proximity to IT offices and various employment hubs located in Kharadi, Magarpatta, and Yerawada. PMPML- Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited has various buses operated through the city and connecting it to major cities nearby. The city is proposed to have BRTS- Bus rapid transit system, which is supposed to be operational soon. The major roads in the city are Alandi road, Dhanori road, and Vishrantwadi Airport Road. The total population of the city is 16,842 and has been rising since the last census. The total number of males is 8,753, while 8,089 of the total are females. The population density of the city is 18,636 people per sq. km. and the city is dominated by Marathi speaking population. The city has excellent proximity and connectivity to Pune International Airport, which is merely 4 km away, and Pune Junction Railway station, which is about 7 km away.

Good things here

The area is considered safe for residence to move around night and also frequent police patrolling in and around ensure added security. the area is well maintained with regular amenities and clean surroundings. transportation facilities are available all the times and markets are available at walking distance.

Good things here

There are good transport services connecting to the main city, including city buses operated by the municipal corporation. Cabs from Ola and Uber are also available. Metro connectivity is being developed. The area has many hotels and hospitals, and it is well-maintained and clean thanks to local workers.

Things need improvement

There aren't many parking spaces in or around the market. There are many traffic rules and restrictions, so be cautious. We also need to be careful with water usage

Good things here

Good transport services are available connecting to the main city like city bus by municipal corporation is available . ola and Uber services like cabs are operated on the route .metro connectivity this area is under process .there are many hotels and hospitals available in the area the area is well maintained and clean the local workers .there are many temples in the area. there are many parks in the area.

Markets are for away from the area and varie few grocery shops available in the area the area don't have a police station so the area is not safe for women and children the area is not regularly visited by garbage collection truck piles of garbage are by roadside. Very limited parking space is provided so frequent parking issues are faced. Shortage of water supply and power cuts are faced in summer
