Ashok vihar phase 3 is very nice place . The main highlights of this place is well maintained roads and good conectivity.Another positive side is that there are no power cuts and plenty of good hospitals are also there

It is very high polluted area. Markets are not easily accessible.One of the most negative side of this area is the frequent traffic jams which is being reported on a daily basis especially when it come to rainy season.
