Similarly, when we build commercial spaces, we try to build from the basic end-needs of such spaces. Then, we stack up a pyramid of qualitative aspects space, ventilation, safety, luxury, convenience, endurance all these are then fine-blended into an optimum combination. End-result? Shopping malls, corporate complexes & commercial spaces that are admired a lot, acquired fast, and acclaimed for long. When we take up developmental projects, we start with an eye for the natural layout of the area, the potential environm
