Proximity to key location such as shopping centre school hospital adds convenience for residents Metro Connectivity nearby Easy Cab/Auto Availability Good Schools are nearby No Power Cuts Good Hospitals are nearby Good Public Transport

    While offering many convenience does face some challenges the area can something experience congestion and high rent for flat and everything are not available just like mall , chicken shop number shop are less in my locality that reason every product is costly Markets are far away Frequent Traffic Jams Frequent Water Shortage No/Poor Police Patrolling Frequent Parking Issues

    Mostly crowded some time frustrating, traffic is big concern, nearest mall not good mostly overcrowded
