Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory. Cabs and autos are available. A metro station is present nearby. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. Construction quality is fine. Facilities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are all friendly and cooperative read more

Good things here
The connectivity within our society is excellent, with malls and markets nearby. Maintenance is top-notch, rated 100/100. There are no issues with seepage or leakage, and neighbors are helpful. The lifts in the society are also functioning perfectly. read more

, due to the farmer protests, there's heavy traffic around our society. Unfortunately, we lack facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, which is a major drawback. read more

Connectivity is good, but in ngih time it gets dofficult, market area is not good, it is not useful so online orders are prefered,m, security is good but lack of CCTV, CCTV read more

Rent of the clubhosue is extra, the societie is captured and utilised and privacy problem. Lifts are out of order most of the time, teh pool was out of water and it started. leakage wa sinitial problem byt it has been fixed read more

Conveyance near the society is just ok for the people,the people were also good.
Things need improvement
The building was in very bad condition.there was a drain behind the society due to which there was a very bad smell in the air.there were no amenities. read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drinking water is availlable 24*7 in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. read more
