i am planning to buy a 2bhk flat and recently visited sobha meritta site. The structure is completed and quality remains good. But is it worth to invest on vandalur-kelambakkam road considering on road project. I am purely looking for investment and rental purpose. But thinking of whether to invest 77lacs which is very far.
