i am planning to buy a 2bhk flat and recently visited sobha meritta site. The structure is completed and quality remains good. But is it worth to invest on vandalur-kelambakkam road considering on road project. I am purely looking for investment and rental purpose. But thinking of whether to invest 77lacs which is very far. Can any one please suggest

Apartments by Sobha Limited in Sector 108 Gurgaon
Sobha is launching apartments in sector 108, right on 75m road opposite phase-2 of International City. Expected launch price is approx. 8000/- bsp and launch is likely this month end.

I received this letter from their marketing team a few days back:
