The construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues of leakage. Connectivity, like cabs, is available if we book Ola and Uber. Autos are available on the main road of the society. The water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Ventilation in the flat is very good in the society. Parking area is excellent in the society; we can park both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers. There is also a visitor's parking area in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are conveniently available nearby the society, making everything convenient for residents. read more
Construction quality is very poor in the society. There are seepages in bathrooms and leakages in sinks. There are many cracks on walls, which is inconvenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area are not available in the society. It is a small apartment. read more
