Good things here
mansarovar is good and affordable place to live. the best thing is that local market, schools and malls are literally very easily accessible. and the good things is the power cut is very less. read more

the bad thing is too much air pollution and even the noise is too much and their infrastructure is also underdeveloped. the roads are too conjusted. and the option of entertainment is also less. read more

Good things here
There are many bank ATM machines and their branches nearby. There are many good restaurants nearby where proper hygiene is maintained. this locality is maintained properly. There is a park available near home where there is greenery and peace all around. To go anywhere, taxi, cab can be booked easily. Electricity supply is good. There is a bus stand nearby. there is no problem of water shortage. The hospital and medical facilities are good. read more

The parking facility is not good due to which we have to face many problems. At night, we get to see snatching incidents on the road. In some places, cctv camera are not even installed. read more

The uneven development can be noticeable, with some areas lacking in essential services and infrastructure. The range of shopping and dining options remains somewhat limited compared to more development areas. read more

Good things here
great to rent houses and PGs here... if someone visit Mumbai he/she must go around mansoravar areas and it's hospitality. Really loved this town mansoravar for malls, restaurant and cab services. read more

The area is overall good and impressive for my family when we stayed here for atleast a week but sometimes the public distrubance is more as usual btw overall loved the everything here. read more

Good things here
Power cuts are not frequent and also water supply is on time. Neighbours are very kind and helpful. low traffic.metro station nearby.. no water logging or the roads..public transport accessible .. autos and cabs easily available you can find autos and buses easily at walkable distance.Metro is however far from the locality. I have seen that a person has to go to metro from the locality ther he has to take a cab which are available all the time. read more

Sector 9, Sector 19, Sector 21, Phase II are the nearby localities to Kamothe. Mumbai Pune Expressway passes through Kamothe and is a major junction for all long distance buses. Kamothe railway station is situated within the locality and is on the Harbour line rail service in Mumbai. There are many good schools and colleges at close proximity from Kamothe and is considered a prime locality due to new international airport of Navi Mumbai being built at close proximity.
