With an area of 0.72 sq km, Balaji Nagar has a population of 25303, including 13022 males and 12281 females, with a population density of 2086 people per sq km (According to the records of 2020). The postal head office is Dhankawadi, and the pin code is 411043. Marathi, Hindi, Marwari, and Kannada are the main local languages here. Balaji Nagar has a tropical climate. In winter, there is much less rainfall than in summer. The annual rainfall here is 1200 mm. The average annual temperature is 24.3 °C.
