Good things here

Near to Bhosari & Chakan MIDC are near. All required shops , schools are nearby. Well known society in area. No opposite flat, Covered car parking, Modular kitchen. grills safety door is installed. No water logged, very less power supply.

Very good connectivity Well know area of pcmcGood connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station is 2kms away. Multiple hospitals, schools, restaurants and grocery shops within 5kms. Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Frequent power cuts and voltage issues.

Moshi is a good place for bachelors and people working in IT as the locality is very near to Talwade IT Park and Hinjewadi IT Park as well. Flats are given on rent to bachelors and families as there is no distinction here.

Chichwad railway station is quite near to the locality and government buses are available from Moshi to main city of Pune with good frequency. Local trains are also available every hour towards Pune and Lonavala as well without much rush.

Many of the hospitals in the area are open 24 hoursfor 7 days a week, which makes it easy for patient admission and also provides ambulance support as well. There have been no load sheading issues in Moshi since a very long time.

water supply and healthcare is at hand and good roads are there though some places roads are narrow,the water and electricity supple is unhindered and hassle free. very few power cuts and rare water shortages experienced bt the residents

Residents can get vital and important amenities due to their proximity to locations like Bhosari and Chakan. In terms of highways, flyovers, rail links, and other municipal amenities, Moshi boasts exceptional infrastructural advancements. Moshi is known for its IT hubs and commercial activity.
