It's also reassuring to know there are no issues with seepage or leakage, contributing to a more comfortable living environment. Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. Water supply and electricity issues are also not faced as such in the society, it's always available. Garbage collection is done on time on a regular basis. The connectivity of the society is amazing as public transports are readily available around the society. The society is near the main road. There are no construction issues that arised so far in the society. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. Basically basement parking is alloted to all residents, I have never faced any parking issues. People are amazing and frindly in the society, the social life is amazing.read more

The construction of new buildings near the society has brought about frequent arrival and departure of trucks, causing deterioration of the roads outside the society. To mitigate speeding, many speed bumps have been installed, unfortunately making it inconvenient for auto-rickshaws to navigate through the area, hence they are not readily available.read more
