Good things here

I have been living here for 8 years and like the good connectivity and easy availability of public transport like buses, autos and cabs nearby. The roads are in good condition, and the ventilation in my home is proper. The plaster and fittings are of good quality. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard for added safety. read more

Things need improvement

But, there are several downsides. Garbage disposal is an issue and the lifts are not well-maintained. Parking is sometimes is a issue. There are frequent power cuts, with no electricity the entire day every Thursday and occasional power cuts on other days. Although there were seepage and termite issues earlier, these were resolved after we got painting done. The amenities are not well-maintained, and there are no cameras in all wings, including mine. The barking of pets creates a disturbance, especially since one owner keeps 3-4 pets. The small children's garden should be better maintained, and its cleanliness needs to be improved. read more

Good things here

Maximim residents use their personal vehicle as well and there are ample of parking space available in the society. Flats are not at all conjested, proper ventilation is available. Structure of the buildings are perfect. Fire exit and fire station is also near the society. There are multiple parks in the society. Society has a mix of people comming from different parts of country, People are very good in the society, they are educated and decent people, festivals are celebrated together. Society follows pet rules and society is pet friendly. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Elevators are properly maintained. read more

Things need improvement

Amenities are small as compared to the number of people in the society. Also modern amenities like swimming pool, badminton court and ground is not available in the society. I think maintenance can be improved for further development. read more

Good things here

The society has plenty of good things. Its good location means everything is close by and easy to reach. There haven't been any issues with water or electricity. Residents benefit from convenient transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which help them get to essential services and nearby facilities easily. Additionally, the society's large park adds to its appeal by offering a friendly place for children to play and by strengthening the community spirit among its residents. People of the society were good and cooperative. read more

There were no amenities in the society. Connectivity was also poor, making it difficult for daily commuters. Security was also a concern as there were no CCTV cameras. read more
