here neighbors are very good and educated.so many good schools and hospitals hare.cab, auto, taxi , bus facility easily available.Shopping Mall Nearby. Parking facility is available. Ghansoli is a suburb in the Navi Mumbai area and is close to the Reliance corporate headquarters and the TTC Industrial area which has created a demand for housing in this area. Ghansoli is directly connected to Mulund by the Airoli bridge. The neighbourhood of Ghansoli include Maheshwar Nagar, Jijamata Nagar, Datta Nagar, Rable, Kopar Khairane and Shanti nagar, There is a kind of development boom in Ghansoli with 24 new projects of which 12 are still under construction. Most of the residential construction consists of apartments only and 80% are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
