Good things here
The environment here is clean. There is greenery all around. There is a garden nearby where children can go to play. The electricity and water system here is good. Cab, transportation service is available here.There are good restaurants nearby, schools are available nearby, there is a weekly market at some distance.
Things need improvement
Even during the rainy season, the road gets filled with water. There is also the problem of mosquitoes. There is no good car showroom nearby. Sometimes incidents of snatching are also seen here.

The area is really very good. There is really good connection of public transport . The train station is really close in distance.

There is somewhat traffic in the area, which sometimes create a nuance, other than that everything is really perfect.

There are hotels nearby and if you are someone who is new to this locality then you can arrange your food from the hotels. They are quite good and serve good food. The locality is well lit during the night and the street food is quite famous too.

The locality has good people and are very friendly and this place is a livable locality. There is ample greenery in the locality on offer and the price and rent of real estate in the locality justifies the quality of facilties on offer.

There is excellent transport facility and you can reach anywhere within the city with ease and comfort. There are bus stops spread throughout the locality. Autos, taxis and E-rickshaws can be found anywhere in the locality for travelling small distances.

My office is nearby and hence I thought of shifting here. So far so good, I mean it did not cost me as much as I thought it would. So I am happy and rest is all fine, just like any other regular area which is safe and nice to stay in.

Many options for housing here and that too by plenty of reputed developers. You will not find any issues mostly although some niggles are yet to be resolved. But my overall rating will be very high for the locality.
