The list of amenities and the thought behind creating a disney theme society is awesome. It's a huge society with many amenties like swimming pool, gardens, billiard room, Chess area, synthetic Tennis court, big clubhouse and many more. The society construction quality is superb with 2 under ground parking connected with high speed lifts. The security is good with 4 guarda posted on the entry gate all the time. The common areas are well lit and CCTV cameras as installed to provide safety. There is shopping complex inside the campus itself and working space for people working from home. The view from the 28th floor is just breath taking. Apartments are spacious with excellent ventilation. Festivals are celebrated with grandeur and pomp. The location advantage is also there as it is located in Financial district. Major IT companies and banks corporate offices are located within 5-10 kms. The connectivity with ORR is cherry on the cakeread more

Things need improvement

The stray dogs are encouraged by some residents which case safety hazards for the residents. If they are empathatic towards animals they should take them to their house instead of giving them food in common areas. Finding a decent maid is another challenge one might face. The locals only understand telegu. finding english/hindi speaking help is a challenge. The charges are also quite high.read more
