The build quality is commendable, with high-quality materials used by the builder, resulting in no reported problems regarding infrastructure defects to date. The lifts are well-maintained, with timely servicing ensuring their smooth operation. All festival functions and get-togethers are regularly conducted in the society, fostering a strong sense of community among the residents. Overall, the social environment is good, with people being coordinated and cooperative with each other. There is a continuous 24/7 supply of water and electricity in the society, and guards are stationed at the entrance for security. Cleaning is meticulously maintained, with timely mopping and sweeping conducted throughout�the�society.read more

Allocated visitor parking is not available, and only those who have purchased parking spaces have allocated parking in the society. There is insufficient parking space overall. CCTVs are not installed in the society, which should be added for enhanced�security.read more
