May 20, 2024: Real estate developer Migsun Group is planning to invest Rs 500 crore in four mixed-use commercial projects. Spread cumulatively over 2 million square foot (msf), the projects have received the RERA approval. Three of the four projects are located along Yamuna Expressway, and one is in Greater Noida. All the four projects, to be funded through the company’s own sources as well as customer advances, are slated to be completed in 2028.
According to the company, the projects have been named to ensure easy recall. While the one in Greater Noida is called ‘Migsun Central Market’, the ones along the Yamuna Expressway are called ‘Migsun Nehru Place 1’, ‘Migsun Nehru Place 2’ and ‘Migsun Nehru Place 3’.
Having completed over 40 projects, the Migsun Group has established itself as a major player in the NCR’s real estate landscape. The group is executing a retail project in Delhi’s Rohini. Avenue Supermarts (the operator of the retail chain D-Mart) recently bought 47,000 sqft for Rs 108 crore as part of its store expansion strategy. Moreover, Migsun Group is developing 1 msf of retail space on a 9-acre land parcel in Rohini. It has also recently launched a mixed use project – Migsun Lucknow Central – in Lucknow.
