Some negative factors that I should include here, such as the Doddakane roads in this area have had many potholes, as reported by the locals, and which can also lead to road accidents. There are frequent power outages in this area. During the rainy season, the pits get filled with water and there is a lot of difficulty in commuting. Supply gets affected most of the time due to the lack of rainfall in summer. It would also be a disgusting thing to clean up the garbage again and again. read more

The major factor of choosing this place is this location has a good connection with roads and highways. This location is connected with many city roads. Many popular IT companies are here. The location has a decent transport system as the authorities have begun three new bus routes to improve connectivity. There are some drawbacks in the society that i got to see during my visit to the site. As per my knowledge, the drainage system of the society was not that much good and i saw many potholes lurking on the surface after the previous night rainfall. So this migh create a problem in future after the possession is all done. I hope this thing will be taken care by the society builders soon before they go for the open house. read more

The residence is so delicate and has a considerable area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. It has some indoor amenities such as an indoor badminton court, table tennis court, snooker room, indoor kids play area are exist here. Some outdoor amenities like swimming pool, tennis and badminton courts, multipurpose gym, theatre also present. The dwellers are so friendly and helpful over any crisis. The place is highly approved for me with several basic external amenities. read more
