The connectivity of our society is commendable, with well-built roads in the vicinity, and ongoing efforts to improve any that may not meet standards. Maintenance within the society is noteworthy, with a focus on cleanliness, timely garbage collection, and consistent water and electricity supply, further supported by a reliable power backup system. All essential amenities are provided within the society, and there's even a new swimming pool under construction, enhancing the lifestyle options for residents. Despite these amenities and maintenance standards, my personal interactions with other residents are limited due to my work schedule, resulting in minimal engagement with the community.read more

Overall, the society is decent, but a major concern lies in its poor construction quality, which affects residents' living conditions. Significant problems with seepage and water leakage are prevalent, posing challenges for residents and potentially causing damage to property. Numerous cracks in the walls have emerged, attracting insects and compromising the structural integrity of the buildings. Overall, I find the society to be quite good, especially considering that it's been 10 years since it was built, and I've been living here for the same duration. I haven't encountered any issues with construction during my time here, which suggests that the construction materials used were of good quality. The maintenance of the society is commendable; cleanliness is consistently maintained, and garbage collection is done promptly, which contributes to a pleasant living environment. Things need improvement

I've noticed that the roads around our society are not in good condition, and I strongly feel that they should be improved and constructed properly for better accessibility and safety. Another concern for me is the absence of a sewage system outside the society. This lack of infrastructure creates problems that need to be addressed, and implementing a sewage system would be beneficial. While our society does have amenities like a swimming pool, unfortunately, they are not functional.read more

Overall, I'm pleased to say that the quality of our society is quite good. The construction quality is notably high, as evidenced by the absence of issues like seepage, which is a relief. I find the flats to be well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable living environment. The maintenance services provided by the society are excellent. Everything is well-maintained, including timely garbage collection and properly maintained lifts. I'm glad to see that amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, club house, and garden are also well-maintained and available for use. Moreover, the people in the society are very nice, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere and sense of community.read more

While the society itself is good, I must admit that the connectivity is very poor. There is a notable absence of public transportation options such as autos, buses, or cabs outside the society, which makes commuting challenging. Additionally, the quality of roads surrounding the society is not up to par, further exacerbating the connectivity issues.read more

Public transportation was easily available outside the society, and the main road was well-connected to the highway and market areas. Maintenance is satisfactory, with consistent water supply and no waterlogging. Hygiene is well-maintained, and the walls' quality is strong, with good plaster and fittings. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, and function hall, along with a play area for kids. There is adequate space for two buildings, and festivals are celebrated together.read more

There are some seepage issues, and there is no clubhouse. There is a mixed crowd in the society.
