I'm living here from Last 5 years so Im sharing knowledge and experience which help you to choose your property as per requirement....Good gardens Near by you will get....also reliance Mart is near about 1 kilometres...Dmart also under 2 kilometres ....Local markets near to 5 minutes walking from this property.... street light always on in midnight.... transportation also very good and accessible... sharing auto 15 rs taken....till midnight 2 am autos already available....this property area known as good cleanliness also...2 schools also near by.... professional and well educated decent peoples area....No water logging issues in rainy season.....

Only dislike is sometimes drinking water not adequate in 6 months it's 1 or 2 times rarely happens... electricity issues frequently going but it's comes in 5 to 10 minutes.....rest all are good...

Belavli area from Badlapur is like an Mumbai City because all services available near by...from this property local market near by also R Mart and Patel Mart also within 2 kilometres....D mart is also at 15 minutes by vehicle....no water logging issues in this area....Decent people's area ...once you visit this property I hope you will love it...

only dislike for this area.... electricity issues on Friday...but once in a two months....in a year sometimes water issues there but....it's for two or three times in a year.... remaining all are good...

Belavli are in Badlapur known for Good transportation with good quality of roads also shops all are easily available like R Mart Patel Mart dmart near by 1 or 2 kilometres..... professional area....local market also near by....no water logging issues....sharing auto and cab available easily till midnight... Badlapur station also near.... street lights on in full night ..its make safe

only dislike at this place electricity going at once in month at Friday for municipal schedule maintenance activity but they already informed you on message.... remaining all positive points and good area....

Good things here
There is easy and convenient transportation is more important point.Autos and cabs are easily available...Road safety is also there because of street lights continuously on which helps to our safety...In 5 minutes there are local market which is easily you can buy at wholesale rates...D Mart ,Patel Mart & newly opened Reliance Mart also near by at 1.5 kilometres.... Petrolpump of nyra also near by at 1 to 2 kilometres.no water logging issues in this area...also built work of building is also strong no need to worry.. professional area known as this area.... Garden also near by....

There is dislike for electricity issues but it's rarely in month of once at Friday is gone for sometime but municipality update on text message to owner who has lightbill name updated mobile number which is good facilities atleast we aware if any schedule maintainance is going on... that's it... remaining all points are good...

Im leaving from last 3 years in valivali Badlapur so I very well known this area...most importantly transportation facilities is very good...till midnight sharing auto is there to Badlapur railway station fare also only 20 rs...barvi dam road touch property so picnic spots are more near by your home...no water logging issues is also there....2 English medium schools are there near by 1 to 2 kilometres.... professional people's lives in valivali.....D mart & newly open R Mart also near by to shopping grocery..... valivali naka area where at every Thursday wholesale local market in week... Drinking water also sufficient available...no water shortage....when you visit this place I hope you will impress....

From last 3 years I seen any if dislike is electricity goes frequently but comes in quick time...only in month of Friday at once Municipality informed the day before if electricity work is going on at your registered light bill mobile number...rest is there no any issues in this area....

Good things here
There is two schools near by Fatima high school & sunrise high school both English medium..there is electricity cut off daily but for 5 to 10 minutes hardly...in month Friday schedule maintenance for electricity work but you will get message on mobile before any electricity work.. it's good from municipality.....auto fare 20 rs per head to Badlapur station...auto till midnight 2 am available in the area...so no issues for transport also.... hospitals also near by 2 kilometres... very important no water logging in area ...Im leaving here from 5 years...so I know about water logging...but water issues rarely if any work of municipal...so tanker water available......

I leave here 5 years so issue only frequently lights going on but comes in 10 minutes....it's affecting pn electronic products....also water issues in summer or municipality work but it's rarely.... remaining three is no dislike for place from my side.....

I'm living at valivali naka besides this property so I'm confident for review for this....once you see the property you will love....barvi dam road touch property...many people's from Mumbai at weekends come to enjoy at this place...2 schools are near with Tulsi hospital also near.. transportation like auto services also till midnight 2 am ..it's very safe..D Mart & reliance Mart also near for grocery shopping..

I dislike only for one reason power cut daily but electricity comes in 5 to 10 minutes...so it's not Big issue...yes but in month one time at Friday power cut for a long time..but MSEDCL will update you before 1 day...water issues happen rarely if any work is going there...but it's happening rarely...

I believe this society is the best and best, and I lived in it and observed how much better it is than other societies, and it is so much cleaner and nicer looking since everyone throws waste in the bins and parks their cars in the parking lots. In this society, there is a lot of noise, and there is a lot of water shortage in the summer, so people make a lot of noise and don't help each other, yet the hospital is extremely far away from society.

The transport options are excellent here. A bus stop is nearby, and a new MSRTC bus stop is being built in the area. A nice road is nearby, which can be reached in 10 minutes, and a metro station is also nearby.

People in this area throw garbage everywhere, there is no proper garbage disposal, and there is a problem with the pure drinking water facility system. Badlapur West is a well-known location in Mumbai.

I love living in an area where I can easily walk to the local marts and markets. It's so convenient to be able to grab groceries or other essentials without having to hop in the car. The only downside is that, public transportation options may be a bit further out.

The locality is evolving at a quick speed. Cemented roads are being constructed, and ancient parks are being refurbished, as well as several new parks for inhabitants. Power outages are extremely infrequent in the area. Buildings also have adequate water supply. A Dmart has recently opened nearby, and other supermarkets are also excellent.

Overall, the crime rate is generally low here. However, in Badlapur west some thefts have been reported. Frequent water logging takes place during monsoon. So, the roads get submerged in knee-deep water

Badlapur west is a good locality. But much like the rest of Mumbai, there is a frequent waterlogging problem during monsoon season. Also, there are lots of pollution from nearby factories.

Badlapur west is a very beautiful place. There are many renowned schools are there. It is a good place to live if you mostly rely on public transport. Not a good place for frequent flyers because the airport is far away.
