The area provides high level of convenience. Hospitals are easily accessible within 2 km radius and the schools are also available nearby. transportation facilities in this locality are very good and all the necessary amenities that are needed for our day to day life are available at walking distance.read more

Pimpri is almost a self contained locality with very good educational institutions and healthcare facilities near by. it's connectivity is another good strength and being in proximity to metro stations bus route and major roads has made community to other parts of city easily. it is reach in culture and environment is safe.read more

the region is easily reachable via major highway making it easy to get around the city. it is an ideal spot for families due to its cross proximity to schools hospitals and local market insuring that necessary services are just stones throw away. the area is celebrated for its peaceful atmosphere.read more

during peak our traffic jams are very high and also sometimes parking is challenging. lack of metro station nearby.read more

Good place for living with family and individual. Well connected to major areas like Vishal Nagar,Warji and sinhagad road by good public transportation. Easy access to airports and railway stations of Pune from here. Well maintained roads and infrastructure with good planned neighbourhood. generally area is secured with low crime incidents rates. Nearby good schools and well medical facilities available. Various options for shopping in Vishal market, singhada road shopping centres and DMart in near by areas. Affordable for housing options and good potential of investment option. Presence of green area for relaxations and extra activity like walking.read more

Traffic congestion maybe problem but it manageable. Nehru Street make difficulty in parking. In vacationl days market are overcrowded. Limited shops and entertainment option on walkable distance . Irregular garbage collection system may cause disposal issues.read more
