Good things here

The area is well equipped with all the essential amenities and the infrastructure of the buildings are very good. maintenance services se is also very good in the apartments. there is peaceful and noise free area to spend your Times. there is a strong sense of community with various activities for works.read more

Things need improvement

The large size of the society makes it difficult to commute without a personal vehicles as e-rickshaws are not allowed inside.read more

Good things here

I like the location. the spacious environment . Hospital near by . Easily accessible to school, restaurant, gym everything. locality is safe for single parenting also. Transportation facility is very good easily accessible to auto rickshaw, cabs etc . It is near to pune international airport.read more

Good things here

have seen that chattarpur is the most safest locality in New Delhi. It is safe even in night and the electricity charges are also moderate without power cuts The quality of roads are very good without any traffic in the locality. Even the cabs are also easily available.read more

Things need improvement

I have faced a little bit high water shortage in the locality. This is faced specially during summer when the water does not come from supply.read more

Good things here

Its a posh residential locality in Baner,pune,offers serene friendly neighbours,and excellent connectivity.The area is clean,with minimal power cuts and reasonable electricity charges.Residents have access to top notch schools and hospitals with walking distance.Shops and markets are also nearby,and cabs and autos are easily available.The well maintained bungalows and green spaces create a pleasant environment here,while the same atmosphere and convenient public transport make it a peaceful and relaxing place to live.read more

Residents face minimal power cuts,limited grean spaces and parks.Traffic is heavy during peak hours,and frequent water shortage disrupt daily life.Nearby construction causes significant dust and noise pollution.The lack of metro connectivity makes commuting difficult.Additionally,parking is a hassle,pollution levels are high,and police patrolling is inadequate.read more
