Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, all conveniently situated just outside the society. Our location on the main road ensures easy access and visibility. Fortunately, we haven't encountered any significant electricity issues in the society. Narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, causing inconvenience at times. Unfortunately, the society's cleanliness and hygiene standards are inconsistent, with issues such as inadequate maintenance by assigned sweepers. Security personnel are sometimes impolite and ineffective, highlighting the need for improvement in this area. Waterlogging problems, particularly during the rainy season, persist both inside and outside the society due to poor drainage infrastructure. Timely painting and installation of CCTV in common areas are also lacking. read more

The which I like about this society is that public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are good. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. The ventilation is proper, and the plaster and fittings are of good quality. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. read more
