The construction quality of the society is excellent, with no issues like seepage or leakage. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are all well-maintained and enjoyable. Open spaces abound, offering residents a chance to enjoy nature and relax. Narrow roads often lead to traffic congestion, causing inconvenience at times. Unfortunately, the society's cleanliness and hygiene standards are inconsistent, with issues such as inadequate maintenance by assigned sweepers. Security personnel are sometimes impolite and ineffective, highlighting the need for improvement in this area. Waterlogging problems, particularly during the rainy season, persist both inside and outside the society due to poor drainage infrastructure. The which I like about this society is that public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are good. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues.
