Locality is well developed and will also grow more in the future according to the trend that I see now. I feel that I have made a good decision in investing in this locality and it is one of the best in Chennai for every type of buyer and budget.

Perambur offers excellent connectiivity to my office and has affordable rentals also. I myself have opted for a project here which is quite affordable and also the appreciation rate is decent.

Perambur is a popular residential choice due to nearby employment hubs and all urban amenities nearby. The upcoming metro line at Kolathur will improve that. The local authorities are also working on garbage disposal plans which is a concern for almost every resident here. So, I expect Perambur to improve in the coming years with better civil infrastructure.

Perambur is a convenient locality in the sense that hospitals, markets, the railway station and bus stand are all nearby. But no metro in the region makes daily commuting a hassle. The area is very unsafe with a complete lack of police patrols in Perambur. In monsoons it gets worse due to overflowing sewage and traffic logs.

The lack of metro facilities makes conveyance hard from Perambur. Also there is just way too much pollution here due to traffic jams. Few parts get waterlogged during monsoons and frequent crimes are reported here. Lack of greenery here is also a concern for residents.

I have resided in Perambur for 5 years and I have mixed feelings about the place. Though the social and physical infrastructure is sound, the area is always congested with traffic. You can also find garbage lying everywhere in the locality which is a major put-off. However, connectivity is good and you can find all the facilities nearby.

Perambur is the industrial hub of Chennai. The place enjoys excellent connectivity with other parts of the city. Markets and shopping malls are nearby. The only downside is poor sewage treatment here that causes a lot of inconveniences to residents.

Well-connected and affordable area with loads of prospects for the future as well. Perambur has plenty of rental options and connectivity is also pretty good. So I like staying here.

The locality gets a lot of brownie points amongst people since it comes with great social amenities and other infrastructure. There are plenty of options here for your perusal as well. I found one to my liking.
