Former resident. Everything is average in the society with all the amenities present in the society. Flats were huge and quite spacious and people were friendly and generous.read more

There is no power back up in the society which is big concern. Water clogging inside during rainy season. Built quality is not that great lot of seepage issues.read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is very peaceful. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Other facilities like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available. The view from the flat is very good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Safe for kids and women.read more

Drinking water is not available 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. electricity issues is faced, power cuts happened sometimes The constructuion quality average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.read more

Local market,malls and restaurants were near by the society. 24/7 electricity supply in the society. high security system and time to time cleaniness was done in apartments. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors. All the people were helpful and kind in the society. Build quality was good no seepage and leakage issues in the society.read more

Power back up facilities were provided to common areas only,sometimes there was water supply issues in the society. There was no amenities in the society.read more

No water logging and traffic issues around the society,high security system was there and even though cleaniness was top notch in the society. Crowd of the people was good and helpful. Build quality is great like no leakage and seepage issues in the society.read more

Allocated parking space for the owners and visitors. Build qualiy is great like there was no leakage and seepage issues in the society. Cleaniness was top notch,lift was maintained properly. Auto ,cabs were easily available in the society. Crowd of the people is good and no discrimination between owners and tenants.read more

The society is not at all customer friendly ,like you have to do documentation each time at the entrace and even though if you are tenant you have to do police verifcation of each luggage you area carrying. there is no walking space and amenities in the society,small gym and small kids play area is there.read more
