There are around 50 trees in the surroundings, providing a pleasant environment. Additionally, there is a 10-20 meter gap between the wall boundary on all four sides, ensuring ample space. Connectivity is excellent, with a bus stop 100 meters away and cabs available within 500 meters. Schools and shopping malls are also nearby. Farmers bring vegetables twice a week. There are 15-20 housekeeping staff members who maintain cleanliness diligently, with garbage collection done every morning. Lift maintenance is good, and amenities include a lawn tennis court, basketball court, garden, gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Overall, the construction quality is commendable.read more
