* It's right next to Narayanguda Metro Station * Easy access to local markets and other places like Ratanadeep, Smartbazaar, movies, restaurants, bakeries, etc. * Reputed schools and colleges are within walking distance * There's 24x7 security with CCTV * The roads are well lit and there's frequent police patrol in the area - there's a traffic police station right next to the property. * The flat is surrounded by greenery and ample sunlight
