Good things here

Pitampura, a well-connected to other parts of delhi via the delhi merto buses and major roads like ringe road and outer ring road.The area has ample parks and greenery, including the district park and japanese park nearby, offering pleasant spaces for walks and recreation options.

Pitampura,while well-connected and convenient,has some downsides. Property prices and rents have risen significantly,making it less affordable for some. The air quality,like much of delhi,suffers from high pollution levels, particularly in winter

Good things here

The connectivity to the location is very good. Surrounded by all global it companies it is very porshe living location.Good place for families, great space for kids to play around, two parks inside, well maintained club house.

Things need improvement

The society is good enough one can feel good here the management is good but needs to improve more on their managing quality. The construction quality is excellent i didn't expect it be like this more than my exectation.The garden area is also good and the facilities of the society is satisfying . The maintenance charges are also moderate

the street lights are well maintained in that locality and it safe in the night for walking and for the children ,in this area malls and the local markets are easily accessible and that was the good part of this area .

Good things here

The malls are nearby available and restaurant of the society is good Yes great school are available nearby and also hospital. You will always fell safe in this society. The streelight are always on. There has not been any history of crime

Things need improvement

There is no bank ATM machine available nearby. The road is not constructed properly at many places. Petrol pump is also not nearby. There is a need to install CCTV cameras at many place
