Good things here

The area is well connected with nearby cities and access to all amenities nearby. many hospitals with a great facilities are close. school provide best education which is a great thing. there are many shopping malls market which provide all essential needs.

Things need improvement

Parking space are limited here which is a major problem if you have cars or autos. Traffic jams rish hours are seen frequently.

Good things here

TheThe construction of the buildings are good and the Environment is very beautiful because of greenery in the colony Because lots of parks in the colony. Very easy cab, Uber. Private taxis are very easy to find and book online. Well maintained buildings and roads. Good parking space for both cars and bikes separately in the colony. Market hospitals, clubs, medicals and Metro Station is in the radius of 2 km.

Things need improvement

Some patches of roads are very disappointed because construction is very cheap quality. No petroling in the night. Some places of colonies are very hygienic, but this is manageable.

the area in this 4 BHK independent builder floor was very good as compared to the price of these floors

there was no good hospital nearby it was far away from there and also the school were also far away from there

Good things here

Sector 7 has the central market. It is famous for its clothing and food market which is a heaven for one living nearby. Temples and gurudwara are also there
