Good things here

It is best location in rohini sector 3,near market avantika, metro distance 2.5km.Jaipur Golden hospital is also near yo this location. It is such a nice place, everything is good, proper cleanliness and delicious food are also available near to this location and D-malls are also near to this location.

Things need improvement

As a owners of the property in sector 3 rohini, there are a few concerns that I have with this locality. One of the biggest issue is the traffic , due to this something people are getting late , they can't reach the office on time and other issue is that the maintenance of the road is late, it hasn't done on time, due to this we have to suffer a lot, Another concern is security of this locality.

apartments were well maintain the power cut in the apartments was very less and every necessary facility is provided by the apartment owner

Good things here

The property is easily accessible and located nearby the schools and colleges. CSC markets, mangal bazaar (local market) are also near by. Parks are available nearby the property. This is a ground floor with separate entry.

Things need improvement

There is nothing to worry about. All facilities and amenities are just nearby. Thus making it easy to live.
