Cleanliness is a recurring issue, with maintenance not meeting adequate standards, resulting in a consistently dirty environment. Building quality is subpar, plagued by problems such as leakage and seepage issues, particularly noticeable with roof leaks in the parking area leading to water logging. Moreover, essential amenities like a swimming pool are absent, further impacting resident satisfaction. Additionally, the installation of CCTV cameras was undertaken by residents themselves, highlighting a lack of proactive measures by the society authorities in addressing security concerns.read more

Good things here
The location is well-connected, close to many malls and schools, which makes daily tasks and commuting easier. The society also has a big playground, plenty of parking, and well-kept roads, all improving residents' quality of life.
