Regular cleaning, trash collection, and water tank cleaning are all part of the excellent maintenance. Great features include a garden, kids' play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. The site feels pleasant because of the abundance of vegetation. The neighborhood is hospitable.read more

Auto drivers have a monopoly, making it hard to get fair prices and do not allow other drivers to go there. There is no metro or bus service nearby, which limits transportation options. The construction quality is poor, with issues like seepage, leakage, and cracks. Poor raw materials were used to build the structures.read more

There is a market and a mall nearby, within a distance of 2-3 km, and there's parking available. The lifts in the society are good, and there are no waterlogging issues. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and there was also pest control. The flats have balconies.read more

Connectivity was a problem as there were no nearby public transport options like autos or buses. The society's location on the outskirts contributed to this issue. There were problems with the plaster, indicating poor quality. Additionally, the CCTV cameras in the society were not functional, and safety features like fire extinguishers were lacking.read more

Only autos are available for transportation. Maintenance of the society is very good, with no issues of seepage or seelan in the flats. The gym, pool, badminton court, and tennis court are available in the society and are very well maintained. I don't interact much with the neighbors, so I'm not sure about them.read more

I feel that the building quality could be improved. No public transport is available near the society. Although there are some shops inside the complex, they are a little far away, requiring a vehicle to reach the market area.read more
