Good things here
Autos, cabs, and public transport are easily available. The roads are very good. Cleanliness is maintained. Parking is allotted. Housekeeping collects garbage from door to door. There is no need for a lift as the buildings are low-rise (1+3). Sunlight reaches all the rooms due to very good construction. There is a small gym and clubhouse. There are facilities like billiards, table tennis, and indoor games like carrom. There is a small central park for toddlers. Outside the society, there are two grounds maintained by us for volleyball, badminton, and football, well-maintained with greenery. There is a vegetable vendor, grocery store, and a temple with a priest from morning to evening. The people are cooperative and educated.read more
Things need improvement
Children litter on the roadside and in the park, not using the dustbins. Some people do not segregate wet and dry garbage. The society, built in 2003, is old and not well-maintained. The structure needs painting, which was done a long time ago. There is a common issue of seepage in all flats due to the 21-year-old building. There are termites in some pockets. The gym and clubhouse are very small. There is no swimming pool. Educated people have left due to lack of facilities, and now locals live here because of the lower cost. One big reason educated people leave from here is the lack of a lift and modern amenities.read more

Autos and cabs are readily available. Basic amenities like garden, park are available. Good ventilation and reliable water/electricity supply create a comfortable environment. Adequate security measures enhance safety. No issues with leakage or seepage maintain structural integrity. Friendly neighbors foster a positive community atmosphere. Overall maintenance is commendable.read more

Lack of amenities like a swimming pool or club house limits recreational options. The distance to the railway station is inconvenient for people who travel frequently. Parking space is barely adequate, creating challenges for residents with multiple vehicles or guests.read more

Good things here
Connectivity here is quite good with metro autos, cabs and rickshaws easily accessible. There are no issues regarding seepage or cracks. cleanliness is also taken of. Security poses no problem here as CCTV are available here. Ventilation is good too.read more

There are issues regarding water supply, sometimes water supply gets restricted for the whole day that poses major problem, People of this soc always tend to live among themselves, they are not very participative and engaging. There are no swimming pools. Also, there is no lift too.read more

Society's connectivity is really good. Public transport is easily available. Buses, autos, taxi everything is easily available, because there is a petrol pump which also has CNG facilities so many taxis, autos come here for the services. Market area is also very close to the society. Society is also well maintained and cleanliness is maintained. CCTV and lifts are also installed in the society. Amenities like gym, club house are there and well maintained. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated here in the society.read more

Seelan and seepage is an issue in the society but if you register a complaint, the maintenance people will contain the problem quickly. There is no swimming pool in the society. There was some concern related to the security but it was resolved in some time.read more
