Good things here

BEST LOCATION TO CONNECT NOIDA AND GREATER NOIDA , EASY CONNECT TO CITY CENTER, PARICHOWK AND JEWAR AIRPORT

Things need improvement

ROADS OF DADRI MAIN ROAD IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND FLYOVER IS ALSO UNDER CONSTRCUTION IT WILL TAKE 5-10 MIN EXTRA TIME.

Good things here

One of the prime location for accommodation in this range of price. Wide and spacious roads. low traffic jam t this area. metro station and public transport are easily accessible. great school and good restaurants are also available in this area. zero crime, well litted street and safe for children. lots of green spacious and great cleanliness. Adequate amount of water and low power cut.

Things need improvement

The problem in this area is the high pollution due to industrial set up . Also the area not so peaceful but overcrowded. open man hole and improper drainage system is a headache in this region

Good things here

In my locality transport facility are easy available like public transport or private cabs and metro is around 1km and e-rickshaw easily available with affordable price. Parks are avaliable for kids. school and doctors are available easily. only 1 or 2 light cut in this area.

Local market is little bit far away from here and sometimes road are enchanted by street vendors due to which there is not much posting space causes traffic jam. overall all thing is good here.

Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation (CGEWHO) has been established to promote, control and co-ordinate the development of houses at selected places, across India, on no profit-no loss basis as a welfare measure. CGEWHO is a registered body under the Societies Registration Act 1860. It operates from its headquarters at Janpath Bhavan, Janpath, New Delhi. There are no regional offices. The organisation maintains skeleton project teams at construction sites which look after day to day operations of construction and development The organisation has the mandate to: Undertake social welfare schemes on no profit-no loss basis for Central Government Employees, both serving and retired, and spouses of deceased Central Government Employees by inter-alia promoting the construction of houses and providing all possible help and required inputs to achieve this object. Do all such things as are incidental , or conducive, to the attainment of any or all of the above objects. The goal of the organisation is to provide quality welfare service to Central Government Employees for housing. The organisation’s schemes at Chennai (Phase I), Nerul & Kharghar(Navi Mumbai), Panchkula, Calcutta(Phase I), Noida(Phase I & II), Gurgaon (Phase I & II), Chandigarh, Bangalore, Kochi(Phase-I), Hyderabad(Phase I), Pimpri-Chinchawad(Pune) and Noida(Phase III) have been completed. These comprised a total of 8386 dwelling units. The on-going housing schemes at Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Hyderabad(Phase II), Panchkula(Phase II), and Noida(Phase IV & V) have another over 3745 dwelling units under construction.
