Good things here

This place is pet friendly. The electricity supply is good and the electricity bill also comes correctly. There is no problem of water shortage. Swimming pool and gym facilities are also available nearby. Grocery items are easily available in the nearby shop. There is also good arrangement of medical facility nearby.

Things need improvement

Metro station is available but it is far from home. Road cleaning is not done properly in many places. Water gets accumulated in many places during rains

Good things here

The public transportation facility is good. Many bank branches and their ATMs are available nearby. Many companies are also located nearby. Electricity supply is good. There is a school and hospital nearby. Medical and grocery shops are at some distance from the house.

Things need improvement

Polythene and garbage is thrown on the roads and cleanliness is also not taken care of properly. There is also a problem of water supply. There is a lot of crowd here also.

The neighborhood is nice, and it's away from the city, so it's peaceful to live there.

The only issue in this society is that the swimming pool is not up to the expected standard.

Good things here

good material used in construction as there is no issue of leaking water putty problem or cracks plumber work is also good...malls and hospitals and small vegetable marker available at walking distance...free access to gym for society members in ground floor...good cleanliness overall in society premises...all society members live in coordination way as there is monthly meeting of all society members for problems...

security is concern as there is money hiest some time beggers come in society compound...no good school for children nearby as child go 10km away for that...parking is also problem as less sapce to park car and bike...not safe for girla in night as street light not working properly outside society compound...water logging in many places in society complex in moonsoon season...
