A very peaceful place to live in.All amneties are easily accessible from this placeYou have good reastaurants,schools,hospitals,local markets.The streets are well lit.Minimum history of crimes.Neighourhoods are decent.

100 Meters from highway. 12 meters wide road to the plot. 5 Meters internal roads. Well developed and separated.

Its a fine land with everything nearby. nothing to dilike. Best place for peaceful living. It will be an excellent choice.
