Well maintained flat.very luxurious. also the flat is located in a great place. full of greenery and fresh air

Safe in the night

Well lit streets

No crimes

Safe for children

Great cleanliness

Adequate water

Things need improvement

pollution wil be a problem and the horn sounds of vehicles can be very irritating. it is also a crime free zone overall a great place

Good things here

300ms from Vyttila hub, Near Kaniyampuzha bridge, Non Flooded area. Well maintained area, near lake. All ameneties available in neighbourhood. Beautful garden in house premises.

Things need improvement

Only 5 houses in villa, No security guard. But its a secure area with good people. Contact for more info

Safe in the night

Often police patrols

No crimes

Safe for children

Lot of green spaces

Low pollution

Low power cuts

Things need improvement

None it is the most beautiful place i have ever seen and can access to hospital and other essential facility within range
