Good things here

good environment lots of path surround us with lots of greenery markets hospitals medical shops in all necessary shops are in the radius of 2 km a good public transportation uber in other private taxes are available metro station also it walking distance. good college and schools are in the radius of 3 km. well maintained roads . good water supply and no power cuts

All the amenities are available within 1 km radius. all the emergency services such as hospitals police stations are available very near by . grocery stores and markets are available for every 100 meter. environment is very clean and good with lots of trees. variety of food stalls are there to overcome our hungryness.

It is well connected to key areas of the city like Chanakyapuri, the diplomatic enclave and the commercial hub of Gurgaon, which is accessible via the nearby Nationl Highway. The presence of prominent schools, along with major hospitals adds to the localities appeal for families. Security is another highlight with the several foreign embassies and diplomats residing in Vasant Vihar, the area enjoys a high level of security, which makes it very safe place to live. The neighborhood is well maintained, with parks and recreational spaces that offers a calm, green environment - an oasis amid Delhi's hustle. Additionally the variety of upscale restaurants, cafes and shopping options available at nearby markets like Basant Lok makes it a great place for leisure and entertainment.

Things need improvement

The real estate prices and rents here are exceedingly high, making it one of the more expensive areas in Delhi, which can be restrictive for many. The locality also experiences, water supply issues at times, especially during peak summer months. Another concern is the parking situation. Despite being a posh locality, the narrow lanes and limited parking spaces create frequent traffic congestion, particularly around market areas. Good things here

Good environment. Lots of parks around us with lots of greenery. Markets, hospitals, medical shops and all necessary shops are in the radius of 2km. A good public transportation. Uber and other private taxies are available. Metro station also at walking distance. Good collage and school are in the radius of 3km. Well maintained roads. Good water supply. No power cuts.

Things need improvement

Parking for cars and bikes is not good. Less street lights on the roads. Very poor police patrolling in the night. Some patches of roads are not good.
