Good things here

Local transport is nearly 100 meters away from house and power rate is as per electricity board which is based on consumption only.

Lot of green spaces

Great cleanliness

Low pollution

Adequate water

Things need improvement

NA there isn't any dislike about this locality which makes this property perfect for the family as well others

Good things here

The roads of the city are fine but there are frequent power cuts here. There is some shop at Anand Nagar on chowk and some grate schools available There is a vary big park near Anand Nagar

During rains the roads get filled with water and the roads become ponds. There are many power cuts in Anand Nagar, And the lights don't come on for hours
