Good things here

POSITIVES Karnataka Layout is a well-established residential area located in Bangalore West. The locality boasts of a peaceful and serene environment, and tree-lined streets are so refreshing and relaxing, the greenary and climate here is a great relief for anyone struggling with stress or depression.In terms of facilities like nearby markets,schools hospitals.

Things need improvement

The main problem which was affecting very much is sometimes the streets gets so busy so finding parking space is would be challenging. Nowadays it's common to come across water pollution, the quality of the available water is not up to the mark and we can't drink it without filtering .mainly some of the roads are narrow,so if more Vehicle comes at the same time,it would make some difficulties.

Good things here

Yeah I felt very safe during night. The streets are well lit up entire night. There are nearby some bus station available so we can easily access for public transport and we can even access for cabs also. Many schools, restaurants and hospitals are also available nearby. There would be no major crimes reported.

Such a nice living place with decent prices for rent. The environment is so good and peaceful also. Lots of places like parks nearby to visit. No major issues with me. I would recommend this place for so many others and I recommend this place for my relatives for better living.

Centre shopping mall were branded shous and clothing center 2nd and first copy available at very reasonable prices

Things need improvement

And medical services thing are much costly, dentist charges and medicine is on high rates on this areas in khar

College 12 minutes distance from parla station, PVR Inox and Mall is far near, Vijay sales shop available.

Things need improvement

Jams issues is mostly in office hour, Sv raod signals and JVPD road big jams in evening times daily.

Colleges and othe necessary services which are generally far from home in other areas here are many multinational and indian companies

Hotel and in baar they charging high bill plus extra taxes and demanding Vater for tip amount also here
