Choolaimedu is a large residential cum commercial locality in Chennai. It borders Kodambakkam, Vadapalani, M.M.D.A.Colony, Aminjikarai, Mahalingapuram and Nungambakkam. Previously a part of Puliyur village, Choolaimedu has now become a hub for commercial interests and connects two of the busiest routes in Chennai, namely Arcot Road and Nelson Manickam Road. Nungambakkam Railway Station lies closest to Choolaimedu. Choolaimedu is closer to prestigious institutions like Loyola College, Chennai, Pachayappa's College and Meenakshi Engineering College & Panimalar Polytechnic. Good things here

This locality is very safe for living and all the amenities that are needed for a human being for the day to day life is available within the radius of 2 km. markets grocery stores restaurants and various Government and private schools are available nearby. no power cuts and waters shortage problems.

Safe in the night

Well lit streets

No crimes

Lot of green spaces

Great cleanliness

Things need improvement

There all only one problem in traffic congestion and also the roads in the streets are not proper well maintained.

Good things here

Maintenance charges are normal. There is no problem with electricity and water supply. There are good restaurants available nearby. There is a weekly market nearby. Railway station is also nearby. There is a vegetable and fruit market nearby. A grocery store is near the house. There is also a playground nearby for children to play.Government and private schools and hospitals are available. mall is also at some distance. The night club is at some distance from here. The road lights are working properly and installed everywhere.

Here Not safe for girls to come out alone at night. One cannot get a taxi to come here early in the night and the taxi driver charges more to come here. There is no good petrol pump nearby.

Good things here

The railway station is nearby where one can go easily. Grocery store is near the house where all the grocery items are available. There is a beauty parlor and salon shop nearby. The electricity supply is good. there is no problem with water and electricity supply. vegetable and local market is located at some distance where things are available at the right price. The school is nearby and good hospital is also available nearby where proper treatment is provided.

During rains the water from the drain overflows on the road. The road is broken in many places which need to be repaired. Stray cows and dogs keep roaming around.

Good things here

Between Numgambakkam Railway Station and Choolaimedu High Road, good investment, Rent Collected 11,000/pm busy area. T. Nagar,Kodambakkam,Nelson Manickam Road are very close to this place.

Things need improvement

Dont visible to brokers and agents or realters. only interested buyer only need to contact. kindly visit the flat only on saterday and sundays only.
