Dronagiri is located in the southern portion of Navi Mumbai and is a residential locality in Maharashtra. The locality is surrounded by the Uran town, Karanja River, and Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Many tourists from across the country visit this small village as it is famous for trekking. The locality is also called Dunagri. It covers 12.5 sq km square kilometres with pleasant weather. Dronagiri has an estimated population of 8500 with coordinates of 18.859671°N 72.936687°E. Agri is a dialect of Marathi which is widely spoken here.

Dronagiri is served by the NMMC or the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra or the CIDCO. Popular places include Hemkund, Nanda Devi, Chenab Lake, Hathi Parbat, Changabang, Sunanda Devi, etc. Uran (4.48 km) and Sarde (13.61 km) lie near Dronagiri. Good things here

There are supermarkets and grocery stores at a short distance from home where all the necessary items are available. Both private and government schools are available for children. Bus stand and taxis are easily available to go anywhere from here. Water supply is good. Electricity supply is also available all the time. There are many restaurants nearby where you can get many types of food. There is a temple nearby where you can worship and visit around. The street lights work properly at night. The medical facility is also good. There is a hospital available nearby.
