The well-maintained basement provides ample parking slots for residents. Modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, garden, and park are all available and meticulously maintained by the dedicated maintenance team. Both owners and visitors are provided with allocated parking spaces. Essential fire safety features including fire exits and extinguishers are in place, ensuring residents' safety. Furthermore, round-the-clock electricity and water supply contribute to the comfort of residents. The society is equipped with guards at the entrance and CCTV surveillance in all areas, further enhancing security measures. The approach road quality is excellent, with no noticeable ditches or congestion issues. The connectivity here is fantastic, with auto rickshaws and cabs readily available just outside the gates. I can easily access local shops, supermarkets, and even schools without having to venture too far. And the fact that everything is well-maintained and clean adds to the overall pleasant experience. One thing I really appreciate is the efficient garbage collection system. It's reassuring to know that waste management is taken seriously and done on time. Plus, the water supply is reliable, and having access to drinking water 24/7 is incredibly convenient. It's such a relief not having to deal with frequent power outages. And even when it rains heavily, the drainage system works like a charm, preventing any water logging issues. I must say, the construction quality of the buildings here is top-notch. I haven't encountered any seepage, leakage, or plaster issues since I moved in. And with amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and park, there's always something to do to stay active and engaged. Everyone is so friendly and cooperative, always ready to lend a helping hand. And having parking space within the society is a huge convenience, especially in a bustling area like this. read more

Amenities like the play area, clubhouse, gym, etc. , are available and well-maintained, along with CCTV surveillance for added security. Chembur is a suburb of Eastern Mumbai that changed from an industrial suburb to a residential hub over the years since Independence. Chembur is an old and fully developed suburban area located in the Eastern part of Mumbai at a distance of approximately 15km from the central part of the city. The name of this place is believed to have been derived from the Marathi word 'Chimboree' meaning large crab. Chembur was originally on the north-western corner of Trombay Island before the land reclamation project took place. The railway line for Chembur was first opened to passengers in 1924 and was made part of Greater Bombay in 1945. This place also has a history of having hosted refugees after independence and following partition. The growth and gradual development of residential areas occurred after the industrialisation of Trombay during war. Chembur eventually transformed from an industrial suburb to primarily a residential area after the construction of the Township Colony, Shell Colony and Station Colony undertaken by the Bombay Housing Board. Today Chembur is home to many more such colonies like BPCL, Tata Colony, Pestom, Indian Oil Nagar, HPCL, Chedda Nagar, Tilak Nagar etc. One can also find several independent houses in Chembur in combination with modern high rises and plenty of open spaces – something that is so difficult to find in Mumbai.One of the many notable landmarks and one of the biggest green cover areas for this locality is the Bombay Presidency Golf Club. Numerous well-developed suburbs can be seen nearby Chembur locality which includes Kurla, Deonar, Chunabhatti and Ghatkopar.
