He is associated with his son Mr. Ronak Vora who is a certified Structural Engineer with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from State of University of New York, USA. Mr. Pravin Vora has started the construction project called 'Sudama Vallabh' which is a residential project spread across 5 acre land and will house approx 650 residential units of multiple configurations. The Project will be constructed in phase wise manner and phase 1 of the project has been approved from the local municipal authority Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation. The phase 1 consists of 5 wings, out of which 3 wings or 1 building has been already approved by MAHA-RERA having its RERA Registration number as P51700026698. The said 3 wings namely Sudama Vallabh Wings A, B & C are developed by Mr. Pravin Vora through his propreitory firm M/s. Pravin Vora & Sons.
